Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the event listed below. By registering for and attending this event, you agree to comply with all terms set forth herein.

Voluntary Participation: Your participation in this event is voluntary. This Agreement does not create any legal obligations between you and the organizers.

Personal Responsibility: By registering, you accept responsibility for your own health, safety, and personal belongings, as well as those of any group members you register, for the entire duration of the event.

Eligibility: This event is open to individuals and families in the community. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Registration may be required to ensure adequate seating and meal preparation.

Organizer’s Commitment: The organizers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate participants. However, as a free charitable event, we may not be able to fulfill all individual concerns or special requests.

No Liability: The organizers, volunteers, and affiliated parties are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss incurred during or resulting from participation in this event.

Food Allergens and Dietary Restrictions: The organizers cannot guarantee that food served at this event will be free from allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, or other potential allergens. By participating, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for managing your own dietary needs and any allergic reactions or health concerns that may arise. The organizers, volunteers, and affiliated parties assume no responsibility or liability for any allergic reactions, illness, or damages resulting from the consumption of food or beverages provided at the event.

Photographs and Media: Please note that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event for promotional or informational purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness by the organizers in future event-related materials, unless you notify the organizers in writing prior to the event.

Right to Refuse or Remove Participants: The organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion and without the need to provide cause, to stop, prevent, or require the immediate departure of any participant or attendee from the event premises or activities. The organizers, volunteers, and affiliated parties assume no responsibility or liability for any damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from such action.

No Weapons Permitted: For the safety and comfort of all attendees, the possession or use of weapons of any kind is strictly prohibited on event premises. This includes, but is not limited to, firearms, knives, and any objects deemed dangerous by the organizers. Anyone found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave the event immediately.

Code of Conduct: All participants and attendees are expected to maintain a peaceful environment and treat fellow attendees, organizers, and volunteers with respect at all times. Disruptive, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

This event is offered free of charge; there are no fees required for participation. All activities, meals, and services provided during the event are complimentary, and attendees will not be asked to pay any costs. However, Donations are welcome to support future events and charitable efforts.
